We had an absolutely lovely evening at The Ivy Cafe! The ambiance was elegant yet relaxed, and the food was delicious from start to finish. Which really made our visit special, though, was the exceptional service from our waiter, Imogen. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality. Highly recommend this spot – we’ll definitely be back!

I went for my husband’s birthday to this place. Absolutely stunning food and place. We booked our afternoon tea there. It was so tasty. The pastries and sandwiches were so good. It had halal options which is so convenient for anyone to go there. Had a lovely time there. Will plan again for sure.

I recently visited Ivy Cafe for lunch and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal. My waiter Prujwal was very courteous and attentive throughout, which made the service smooth and pleasant. As for the food — everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and well-presented. The flavors were balanced, and the portion sizes were just right. I especially loved how everything was served on time. Overall, a great dining experience. Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

I had such a wonderful experience at The Ivy Richmond! As a vegan, I was genuinely impressed by how flavourful and well-presented the dishes were. I had the vegan curry, which was rich, hearty, and beautifully spiced, and the vegan burger was just perfect—juicy, satisfying, and full of taste. I’ve seen reviews mentioning poor experiences with meat dishes, but honestly, they should try the vegan options instead. You won’t be disappointed—they’re some of the best I’ve had!

During my first visit in Richmond borough, before attending Kew Gardens I booked a table for myself at the Ivy. Breathtaking decor, polite staff, healthy and tasty breakfast. Special thanks to the waitresses Edyta S. and Sara. I'm going to come back with my toddler when we will be around and I'm willing to dine at other Ivies.
